Accite Technologies develops AI-powered tools that help human services organizations improve operations, strengthen compliance, and support workforce development. Heartwork designed and built a conversion-focused marketing website that explains a complex platform to agency leaders, program directors, and government stakeholders.
The problem
Human services organizations face documentation overload, compliance risk, and workforce instability — but most software vendors speak in technical jargon that doesn't resonate with program leaders.
Accite needed a website that clearly articulated the pain points their audience lives with every day, demonstrated how AI-assisted workflows solve those problems, and guided visitors toward demo requests across multiple sectors.
Creative strategy
We structured the site around problem → solution → proof. The homepage leads with a bold hero positioning Accite as "AI-Powered Operational Infrastructure for Human Services," then walks through the three core pain points, platform capabilities, sector-specific landing paths, and a before/after comparison table showing life with and without Accite.

Visual Identity
A professional navy-and-teal palette with mint accent highlights conveys trust, innovation, and clarity — appropriate for agencies handling sensitive compliance and workforce data.
